2. Mount Gemex System on the adapter, "movable mounting". Verify that the cylinders are on proper side depending on belt direction. It is possible to change side on the cylinders and reverse the motor plate depending on belt direction. The cylinders must be positioned on opposite side seen to the belt direction.

3. Mount the motor on the motor plate with "movable mounting". With the cylinders depressed the adapter is adjusted to the right shaft distance, depending on belt length. Fasten the adapter.

4. Adjust the motor to proper height by means of the adjusting screws for the motor holder. Fasten the motor.

5. Adjust Gemex System by means of the adjusting screws, until you obtain proper alignment horizontally and vertically. Fasten Gemex by means of the fastening screws.

6. Note! Squeeze grease into the nipple for lubrication of the shaft and bearing, until surplus grease is forced out at the bearing. This should be repeated annually for optimal function.
 Adjust to desired belt tension* according to instruction "Adjustment"

* Please note that the cylinders for safety reasons are constructed so that they will be evacuated if pumped up too high, thereby exhausting the oil into the rubber bellows.
